说明：系统为windows xp sp2 lenovo（ibm thinkpad）预装oem版。

原因：写入权限不足。

解决：打开c:\documents and settings\administrator\.borland，出现下图所示界面：

解决拒绝访问问题按如下操作：

右击.borland文件夹→属性；

②此主题相关图片

点“添加”；

③此主题相关图片

点“高级”；

④此主题相关图片

点“立即查找”；

⑤此主题相关图片

选中“administrator”，“确定”；

⑥此主题相关图片

“确定”；

⑦此主题相关图片

选中“修改”，点“确定”。

再启动borland developer studio 2006时出现如下图所示界面：

按“ok”后出现：

进入c:\documents and settings\administrator\.mfopwp-4g0e5e07(此文件夹为新生成的文件夹，名称会与此处的不同)时出现：

对此文件夹设置权限，即重复第①～⑦步操作。

设置完成后，再启动borland developer studio 2006，成功！

when starting the ide, an error message similar to the following is shown.

fatal error validating license for <product name>.

the license manager reported the following error:

licensing storage c:\documents and settings\<your username>\.borland\borland.lic cannot be written. (<error number>).

resolution:

this is caused by an antivirus holding an exclusive lock to the files used to maintain the product's license information.

disabling the antivirus, or preventing the antivirus from scanning the documents and settings\.borland directory would resolve this issue.
