[工作文档] wincc 使用中的问题 change, machine, windows

单位机器无法引导，用镜像恢复后用其他机器的wincc下载最新界面，用wincc自带的load online change下载其他机器的界面，显示delta load failed; the file was changed manually on the runtime machine or the os project name/type do not agree.

另一台机器显示the user does not have the rights to perform this action! please check the assignment of the current user of the user groups in windows.
怎么解决阿 各位大哥？？

后一条已经解决，原因是没有定义访问者权限，前一条还是不行啊

你的wincc系统是什么结构的？不是c/s的？哪是服务器？

不是c/s结构，每台都是单独的服务器，后来我从开发机直接拷贝项目到这台机器并更改成正确的计算机名。但是运行后不能找到启始画面，重定义也不行。现在从开发机直接load online change，但是到c:\program files\siemens\wincc\aplib\iapp.h就卡住了。
我打电话给西门子技术支持，她说我的版本可能不一致。 我的故障机版本为k6.0.2.0 hotfix 0(01180003)。其他正常机器为k6.0.3.0 hotfix 2(01010017) 他的建议是卸载sql和wincc并重新安装。
我找到了补丁安装，但是跳出窗口显示：k06.00.02.00_01.17.00.08；this is not the correct buildnumber please check your configuration. the setup will cancel now。
我不知道该怎么办了

最新问题，wincc v6.0sp3安装必须要把之前的sp2版本卸载干净才可以么？
