现象：在编辑wincc画面时，无论单击空白处还是某控件，都会出现如下提示：
stgopenstorage hr=80030002 there are insufficient resources to open another shared file
而且会反复出现，但并不影响使用。
  
原因：使用过优化大师、xp总管、超级兔子等软件进行注册表清理，删除了wincc的一条注册表信息。
  
解决：打开注册表编辑器（运行regedit），在HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Siemens\WinCC\Graphics Designer\DynamicWizard下新建字符串，名称为Database，值为C:\Program Files\Siemens\WinCC\WSCRIPTS\Dynwiz.dwd（假设wincc是安装在了c盘，若安装在其它盘请自行修改盘符）。
若仍不行，则新建字符串，名称为DefaultWNF，值为C:\Program Files\Siemens\WinCC\WSCRIPTS\

如果按照上述方法操作之后出现以下提示：
stgopenstorage hr=80030003 there are insufficient resources to open another shared file
则说明使用的字体不对，使用英文输入法输入上面的值。
