基于profibus的西门子PLC冷库控制系统(待续)

西门子plc冷库控制系统

摘要
近年来由于电子技术的飞速发展，计算机控制的广泛应用，国内市场对制冷压缩机及制冷系统电气控制部分的技术性能和可靠性又提出了新的要求，由于plc具有体积小、功能强、可靠性高、维修方便、易于掌握等优点，因此，在机组和系统设计中采用了plc这种运行可靠、高性价比的、系统组态灵活的、生产调试简易的、先进的控制器件取代继电器。这里主要介绍了我们小组建立的冷库控制系统，使用siemens公司的s7系列plc及wincc组态软件基于profibus总线进行自动控制的应用。其中，我们使用pt100作为温度传感器进行温度测量，s7-200及其扩展模块em235进行模拟量的输入输出及其pid控制。

in recent years because the electron flies technically to develop soon, the extensive application of the computer control, the local market puts forward the new request to the technique performance and reliabilities of the refrigerant compressor and the refrigerating system electricity  control fraction again, because the plc has the volume small, the function is strong, the reliability higher -, maintain the convenience and be easy to control etc. advantage, therefore, adopted this kind of run - time of plc in the machine set and system designs firm, high sex price than of, the configuration of system is vivid and produces the debug simple, forerunner of control device replace the relay.the here mainly introduced the cold library control system that our group create, the s7 series plc and the wincc configuration softwares of the usage siemens company carry on the application of the automatic control according to the profibus electric mains.among them, we use the pt100 to be the temperature transducer,temperature sensor to carry on the temperature measurement, s7-200 and it expands the module em253 to carry on input output and its pid controls that imitates the quantity.
