安装程序将立即终止
When you try to install the OfficeScan server or the Security Server of WFBS, "Error 0x80040707" appears.
The error occurs when you run an installation or upgrade in a Microsoft server platform.
To resolve the issue:
If the issue persists, send the Ofcmas.log file of the %WINDIR% directory to Trend Micro Technical Support.

注:
运行安装程序setup.exe时,请右击,以管理员身份运行。
注册表中无法删除(提示无权限、添加权限报错)的项,使用XueTR(PCHunter64或PCHunter32)删除。
服务端手动卸载方案:
Manually uninstalling the Security Server of Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS)If uninstalling the WFBS Security Server from the Control Panel does not work, you can perform a manual uninstallation instead.
To manually remove the Security Server:
Example: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV
SVRSVCSETUP -uninstall_PLM (This removes the Trend Micro Plug-in Manager Service.)
SVRSVCSETUP -uninstall (This removes the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.)
If this procedure fails, contact Trend Micro Technical Support for help in uninstalling the Security Server.
WFBS9.0客户端手动卸载方案:
